75% FTE, 8/12 hour evening/night shifts, includes weekends and holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Care Team Leader (CTL) to: Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Analyze and resolve problems that fall outside the domain of the nurse clinician and collaborate with other departments and care providers. Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

2 years experience in an inpatient unit
2 years of combined work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient unit
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact
Current CPR/BLS certification
Peds Universal Care- PALS within 180 Days

Nice To Haves

3 years experience in an acute care inpatient unit
Relevant RN experience with department-specific patient population
National certification in relevant specialty
