We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Team Leader to: Be a front-line leader to motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Ensure delegation and supervision of care in accordance with nurse practice acts and professional nursing role.

Requirements

Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin
CPR certification
ACLS and PALS certification or ability to obtain within 180 Days
1 year ED clinical experience

Nice To Haves

Baccalaureate degree in nursing
1 year of experience in ED charge nurse role
5 years ED clinical experience
Certification as CEN or CPEN

Responsibilities
