Care Support Specialist - Home Care - Full Time
About The Position
The schedule for this position is unique, requires a few morning hours (starting at 6am) and then evening hours (5pm-10pm) a couple days a week. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of work experience (staffing, scheduling, or customer service preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends
- Ability to work in-office or remotely depending on schedule

Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, families, and caregivers
- Provide timely, professional, and compassionate support
- Serve as the communication bridge between field teams and office staff
- Manage after-hours and weekend scheduling needs
- Ensure all client shifts are fully staffed and covered
- Handle last-minute call-outs with urgency and accuracy
- Quickly assess and resolve urgent care needs
- Escalate issues appropriately and communicate updates
- Keep operations running smoothly during off-hours
- Create a positive experience for clients and caregivers every interaction
- Ensure concerns are handled with urgency and professionalism
