We are seeking a Care Specialist I for our Care team in Missouri, based in our Springfield, MO office. This is an in-person role with a strong team environment, operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with weekends off. The Care Support Specialist I guides patients and caregivers through their home care journey, providing empathic customer service to ensure patients receive the care they need and feel heard. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience for patients, caregivers, and health plans within a contact center environment, emphasizing First Call Resolution and FreedomCare's values. Adherence to processes and procedures is crucial for consistent quality and customer experience, with a requirement to meet monthly performance metrics for call availability, efficiency, quality, and wellness reviews.
