About The Position

Home Instead Lincoln provides high-quality home care for older adults in Lincoln and the surrounding villages. Our Care Professionals support people to stay independent, safe, and happy in their own homes. We offer minimum one-hour visits, giving you the time to build real relationships and provide the kind of care you’d want for your own family. We provide award-winning paid training and ongoing support so you can build a rewarding career in care.

Requirements

• Kind, patient, and reliable individuals
• A genuine desire to help others
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential)
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in care, support work, hospitality, retail, childcare, or customer service

Responsibilities

• Companionship and friendly conversation
• Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders and support
• Helping clients stay active, independent, and confident at home

• £13.00 – £13.75 per hour
• £24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
• Paid travel time and waiting time
