About The Position
Hospice at Glengarda, an Emmanuel Health organization, provides end of life care to patients. In tradition of Catholic social justice teaching and service, we respond to the unmet needs of the vulnerable and the communities we serve through compassionate innovative service and partnerships. Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment, while supporting clients/patients/residents in maintaining their physical health and emotional well-being. Requirements
- Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Program or an equivalent program
Nice To Haves
- Conditional hire must complete the required education/equivalent within 2 years.
- If no qualified applicant(s) a conditional hire may be considered.
