About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join their team at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This role is for a Part-Time position with a pay range of $18 - $23.75 per hour. The Care Partner is expected to be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents, a "Generous Gift Giver" by being present and reliable, "💯" by creating an inclusive and positive environment, an "Engaged Egghead" by being curious and engaged in development, and "Proactive" in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
