About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents, understanding the importance of empathy and investing wholeheartedly in the work, team members, and community. The ideal candidate will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living and fostering an inclusive and positive environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be present and share talents, being someone others can count on.

• Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
