About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Olmsted. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and fostering a positive environment. The role requires empathy, engagement, and a proactive approach to resident care. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 6 states, employing nearly 2,200 individuals.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Be present and share talents.
Create an inclusive and positive environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
