About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 25 properties currently in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 employees! This position is for a Care Partner at Carriage Court of Hilliard, located at 3570 Heritage Club Dr. Hilliard, Ohio 43026. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal development and training, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Can read, write, understand and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
