About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join their team at Princeton located at 1701 SE Oldham Parkway, Lee's Summit, MO 64081. This full-time position involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal and professional development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The role emphasizes empathy, generosity, dedication, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
