About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive environment, engaging in personal development, and proactively assisting residents with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate effectively in English, possesses a positive attitude, has basic computer skills, and is physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires assisting residents with mobility and post-fall support, and being criminally cleared.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
