About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. This part-time role focuses on creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development. The Care Partner will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
