About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Care Partner for Copper Shores Village in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Copper Shores Village includes independent living, assisted living, and memory support apartments. The Care Partner serves residents by providing restorative care and administering medication to support their independence, dignity, safety, and wellness.

This is a full-time day-shift position, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is up to $22.06 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. A background check and drug screen are required before hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Medication Manager or MA50 certification in Iowa.
• Basic Life Support and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must complete a background check and drug screen before hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care that helps residents live at their highest level of independence.
• Administer medication to support residents’ dignity, safety, and wellness.
