About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This part-time role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic care, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, engaged in their personal growth, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. As a Care Partner, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
