About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and contribute to their quality of life. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in assisting residents with daily living activities. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious and ask questions to understand resident needs.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
