About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Ridgemere located at 4550 Prince St, Conway, AR 72034. This full-time position involves creating human connection with residents, providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, present, invested, curious, and proactive in their approach to resident care. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assisting residents with mobility and after falls. Computer skills are necessary for documentation and information entry.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
