About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Highland Heights. This full-time position involves providing essential care and support to residents, fostering a positive and empathetic environment. The role requires creating human connections, being present and reliable, investing wholeheartedly in the work, and proactively assisting residents with their daily living activities. We are looking for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate effectively in English, have a positive and energetic attitude, possess basic computer skills, and are physically capable of performing the duties of the role, including frequent lifting and assisting residents. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," understanding the importance of human connection during vulnerable moments. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Be present and reliable for residents and team members.
  • Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and engage in your development, growth, and training.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assist persons after a fall.
