About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join their team at Vitalia Highland Heights. This part-time role focuses on creating human connections with residents, providing empathetic care, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. The Care Partner will assist residents with activities of daily living and be an active participant in their well-being.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
