Care Partner 7am-7pm $17-22.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Cedar Trails in Freeburg, IL. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal growth and development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living. The ideal candidate will be at least eighteen years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist residents with mobility and after falls. Candidates must also be criminally cleared.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
- Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Be present and be someone others can count on.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
