About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.50-$21 per hour. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. A key responsibility is being proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
