About The Position

St. Luke's Home, a program of Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona, seeks a Care Partner to support older adult residents. The role provides compassionate, person-centered care and helps residents feel safe, respected, valued, and at home. Care Partners assist with daily living and routines, support residents’ well-being, maintain a welcoming environment, and work collaboratively in accordance with community policies and state regulations.

Requirements

• Current Arizona Caregiver Certification.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification; the employer notes it can help applicants obtain these certifications.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Documentation of TB clearance; two-step testing may be required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Compassion, dependability, a genuine passion for working with older adults, and ability to contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care that helps residents feel safe, respected, and at home.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, medication support, meals, and daily routines.
• Monitor resident well-being, communicate changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with coworkers while following community policies and state regulations.
• Help enhance older adults’ quality of life and build meaningful relationships with residents.
