About The Position

We are looking for a Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences- Westlake. This role is responsible for creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, being present and sharing talents, creating an inclusive and positive environment, and being engaged in personal development and training. The Care Partner will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
