About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering varying levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The company currently operates 25 properties in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 individuals. This full-time Care Partner position is located at The Parkway Senior Living in Blue Springs, Missouri, and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes empathy, generosity, inclusivity, continuous learning, and proactive assistance with residents' daily living activities.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
