This position is for a Medication Partner, Part Time, located in Blue Springs, Missouri, with a $2K Sign On Bonus. The starting wage for Care Partners is $17.50-$21.00 per hour. The shift schedule is Thursday/Friday/Saturday 6pm-10pm. The Parkway Senior Living is looking for someone to be an “Advocate of Empathy” by understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. They also need to be “Proactive” with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 25 properties currently in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 employees. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents
  • Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
  • Must be criminally cleared
