About The Position

This is a Part Time Care Partner position at The Parkway Senior Living, located in Blue Springs, Missouri. The role comes with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $21.00. Arrow Senior Living, the managing company, oversees a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana), employing nearly 1,400 individuals. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Possess a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about residents.
  • Must be active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
