About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.50 - $21 per hour and a unique schedule. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, and a proactive approach to resident care. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connections, assisting residents with daily living activities, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

  • Proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assisting persons after a fall.
