Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.50 - $21 per hour and a unique schedule. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connections, assisting residents with daily living activities, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assisting persons after a fall.
