About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard Wentzville. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments, foster an inclusive and positive environment, and contribute to residents' quality of life. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in assisting residents with daily living activities.

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be present and reliable for team members and residents.
• Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Be curious, ask questions, and engage in personal development, growth, and training.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
