About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to create meaningful connections with residents and contribute to a positive, home-like environment. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. A key aspect of this role is being proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
