The Ridge Pinehurst is seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Partners/Caregivers to join their team. This role involves providing resident-centered personal care, assisting with daily living needs, and ensuring a positive living experience for seniors. Requirements

Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success
Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding
Competent in organizational and time management skills
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with seniors preferred
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide resident centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social support
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment
Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements
Document resident care and behavior
