Unicity Care Management is hiring a Care Operations Manager to help drive a high-touch, well-run client experience across our growing care management business. This is not a back-office admin role. It is a key operations position at the center of care team coordination, client and family communication, and day-to-day execution. You will help keep schedules organized, documentation and billing workflows on track, and client communication responsive and professional. Just as importantly, you will help clients and families see the office as a trusted, dependable point of contact. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, scheduling, client services, or home care — someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent with people. A clinical background, including nursing or social work, is a plus, but not required.
