About The Position

Sunrise Senior Living’s Care Manager supports residents’ quality of life by providing hands-on personal care and building meaningful relationships. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, following individualized service plans, promoting resident safety and independence, and communicating with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, the Care Manager helps create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
