Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work from an Accredited Council on Social Work Education program
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License (for LCSW role)
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License (for MSW role)
2 years SW experience in any healthcare setting (for LCSW role)
1 year SW experience in any healthcare setting (for MSW role)
1 year experience in acute care setting or successful completion of TIPs program or Case Management Orientation Program

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of acute medical surgical healthcare terminology
Prior case management experience
ACM/CCM certification (for MSW role)
