About The Position

HomeWell Franchise – Care Manager Position Summary HomeWell is a non-medical home care franchise dedicated to helping seniors and individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We provide personalized services including companionship, personal care, and daily living support. We are seeking a results-driven Care Manager to lead care delivery, manage client relationships, and support business growth. This role is responsible for conducting client assessments, developing and overseeing care plans, supervising caregivers, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The Care Manager plays a critical role in both operations and growth—building strong relationships with clients and families, supporting onboarding, and identifying opportunities to expand services. You will work closely with the Administrator to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and consistent service quality.
