Requirements
- NYS RN License
- B.S. in Nursing
- 3-5 yrs. recent med/surg or cardiac experience
Nice To Haves
- PRI and/or case management certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates options and services to effect an appropriate individualized plan of care for patients across the acute care continuum using independent judgment and discretion.
