Requirements
- Active New York RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience
- Experience in Care Coordination, Utilization Review, and Discharge Planning
- Computer literacy
- BLS Certification
- PRI & Screen Certification (required at submission)
