About The Position

This role involves providing compassionate personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The Care Manager will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their needs, update their care plans, and encourage participation in community programs. The position emphasizes making a meaningful impact on residents' lives within a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Positive attitude and love working with people.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current certification as a CNA/HHA.
Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs.
Must use proper body mechanics.
