Care Manager-CNA/CHHA (Full Time)
About The Position
This role involves providing compassionate personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The Care Manager will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor changes in their needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role. The position is full-time, with a schedule of Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Requirements
- Positive attitude and love working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a CNA/HHA.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
- Use proper body mechanics.

- Dementia experience preferred.
