About The Position

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Care Managers. This role involves providing personal care services, support, and companionship to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and updating resident care plans based on observed changes. Requirements

• A positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA/HHA.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• Ability to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Update personal Resident Care Plans by observing changes in residents' day and personal care needs.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
