About The Position

Join our team and be a part of something extraordinary as part of our Contingency Management Outpatient program. Working within our Outpatient Division means joining a team that prioritizes clinical growth, work-life balance, and real impact in the community. Contingency Management (CM) is an evidence-based treatment that provides motivational incentives to treat individuals living with stimulant use disorder and support their path to recovery in an outpatient setting. It recognizes and reinforces individual positive behavioral change, as evidenced by drug tests that are negative for stimulants along with individual counseling, medication management, family and group counseling, and/or mediation-assisted treatment (MAT). CM is the only treatment that has demonstrated robust outcomes for individuals living with stimulant use disorder, including reduction or cessation of drug use and longer retention in treatment.
