Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience
Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences to ensure clients feel supported and caregivers feel valued.
Act as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless communication.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system, juggling multiple moving parts, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations.
Pivot quickly to find solutions during emergencies or last-minute changes, ensuring clients remain cared for and caregivers are supported.
Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and celebrate good work.
Creatively piece together schedules with calm focus and a client-first mindset, addressing different shifts, needs, and people.
Work collaboratively with branch teammates to maintain a positive, collaborative office environment.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set a positive tone for the client relationship.
Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Step into any situation, as cross-trained, to answer client questions, cover shift gaps, or support teammates.
