Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences to ensure clients feel supported and caregivers feel valued.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system, juggling multiple moving parts, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Pivot quickly to find solutions during emergencies or last-minute changes, ensuring clients remain cared for and caregivers are supported.
  • Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and celebrate good work.
  • Creatively piece together schedules with calm focus and a client-first mindset, addressing different shifts, needs, and people.
  • Work collaboratively with branch teammates to maintain a positive, collaborative office environment.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set a positive tone for the client relationship.
  • Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Step into any situation, as cross-trained, to answer client questions, cover shift gaps, or support teammates.
