About The Position

We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Lakewood Reserve. Serving residents in a very active community full of fun, family, and opportunities to serve. Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
• Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
• Scheduling experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
• Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
• Create schedules and approve timecards
