Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences to ensure clients feel supported and caregivers feel valued.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in the system, anticipating conflicts and managing multiple moving parts.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and last-minute changes, finding solutions to keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
  • Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and recognize good work.
  • Creatively solve scheduling challenges with a calm focus and a client-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with branch teammates to foster a positive, collaborative office environment.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set a positive tone for the client relationship.
  • Utilize scheduling software and digital tools to maintain records, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by answering client questions, covering shift gaps, and supporting teammates due to cross-training.
