Requirements

  • Masters in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Medical Social Work experience.
  • Maintains current license as Masters in Social Work in the State of CT (LMSW).
  • Ability to effectively utilize a variety of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Epic software, Morrissey and Web based programs required.

Nice To Haves

  • Acute Care experience preferred.
  • Case Management certification ACM or CCM Strongly preferred.
