Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience
Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences.
Act as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and ensuring seamless communication.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system, anticipating conflicts and managing multiple moving parts.
Respond quickly to emergencies and last-minute changes, finding solutions to keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback.
Creatively solve scheduling challenges with a calm focus and client-first mindset.
Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain a positive and productive office environment.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set a positive tone.
Utilize scheduling software and digital tools to maintain records, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance.
Be cross-trained to handle various situations, including client questions, shift gaps, and supporting teammates.
