Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type with minimal errors
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Placement and management of therapy, diagnostic and advanced services referrals according to parameters set forth by management to meet the client specific needs.
- Schedule patient with provider location, enter patient information into EMR system, send all necessary paperwork to the provider.
- Communicate with referral source the patient’s visit date, location, and time.
- Confirm patient attendance, provide update to referral source, along with any subsequent appointments.
- Update EMR system, collect records for electronic chart and send copies to referral source.
