As a Care Coordinator you are the Communication Hub, the Emotional Support Co-Worker, and the Air-Traffic Controller for our nurses and caregivers in flight. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily caregiver schedules based on client care plans and staff availability
  • Support and communicate with caregivers working in the field
  • Complete client openings in the field
  • Respond to client and employee questions or concerns and assist with resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
  • Assist with quality initiatives, staff communication, and training support
  • Provide professional and courteous communication with clients, families, and team members
