Requirements

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Strong scheduling experience across multiple providers or locations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and high volume coordination while maintaining professionalism
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills across email, phone, and internal platforms
  • Ability to build trust with center staff without disrupting their daily operations
  • Comfort working with scheduling platforms and operational tools
  • Understanding of patient flow, clinical operations, and provider workflows

  • Experience coordinating care across multiple sites or regions
  • Strong relationship management skills with external partners or clinical teams
  • Ability to balance patient needs, provider capacity, and operational goals without creating friction

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily scheduling across multiple clinical sites, aligning provider availability with patient demand
  • Coordinate services across specialties, including dental, optometry, audiology, and podiatry
  • Work closely with center staff to build accurate schedules while respecting each site’s workflow
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with partner centers through consistent and clear communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling updates, changes, and issue resolution
  • Monitor schedule utilization, identify gaps, and adjust to improve efficiency and patient access
  • Communicate updates clearly with providers, field teams, and partner sites
  • Track no shows, cancellations, and reschedules to support data driven scheduling decisions
  • Support day of operations by troubleshooting scheduling issues in real time
