This onsite work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona. The Care Center Manager role is part of a team-based approach in providing advanced primary care services. The purpose is to function in a leadership capacity with support from the Director of Operations, and in collaboration with the Medical Director and Care Delivery Team to ensure excellence in member satisfaction, quality care, and care center operations of assigned Prosano Health Care Center in support of Prosano Health’s mission and vision.
