About The Position
As a Care Associate, you will be responsible for the high level of care and comfort our residents expect from us. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident. Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction. Exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CNA or HHA in applicable state
- First Aid & CPR Certified
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Make meaningful connections with each Resident
- Provide safe transferring
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene
- Provide memory care stimulation
- Provide social interaction
